Bright indirect light - an east or west window is ideal. Strong light keeps the colors vibrant! Low light causes sparse growth and faded colors.

Irrigation

Water when 75% of the soil is dry . Keep slightly moist - leaves dry out and wrinkle if too dry. Do not let it dry out completely!

Ideal: 15-24°C. Normal room temperature is fine. Keep away from cold drafts and air conditioners.

Prefers high humidity (40-60%) but also adapts to normal humidity in the house. Can be sprayed occasionally or placed on a tray of pebbles.

It is recommended to place in a hanging basket or on a high shelf, away from pets. The resin in the stems may cause skin irritation (dermatitis) and stomach discomfort if chewed, but is not life-threatening to the pet - the symptoms are mild and pass within a few hours.

Prune regularly to keep the plant lush and full! Simply pinch the ends of the stems - this encourages lateral growth and a bushier plant. The branches you pruned can be placed in water - within a week they will root and you will receive a new plant for free!
