Basil is sensitive to cold! Avoid placing it in an exposed location in winter. In winter - move it inside or to a protected location.
💧 Gentle irrigation
Do not overwater! Gentle watering regime - let the soil dry slightly between waterings. Basil does not like "wet feet."

Regular pruning creates a full, beautiful plant! Pinch the tops regularly. This encourages branching.

When basil flowers, the leaves become bitter. Pick flowers as soon as they appear to maintain excellent flavor.
